Many years ago I read an article about your very dilemma. A gunsmith, whose name I forget, had to rechamber a gun in an oddball configuration. He dialed in his lathe and using a boring bar, rechambered the rifle in the new caliber. He had to use a couple of dial indicators, and probably did up one or two test chambers before cutting the real chamber in the rifle.
I'm not too sure how precise the recut chamber was, but some of the really good machinists out there could probably accommodate you. I just don't know if it is better to go this route, or to find (or rent) a reamer.
I wish I could be of more help. (not too sure if I know a machinist that would tackle the boring bar job...)
