375 raptor

I love my 9.3x57 Husqvarna 46a but I would have just as much fun & more boolit choices by going the Raptor route. Of course, the 358 win gives one the option of
using 110 gr hollow point loads fer pest critter exploding. They all be good in my book. ;)

Why not :Agreed, as will my 375 H&H, but it cost a lot more than $200, weighs a lot more, and produces recoil far beyond the '57.

My point is that you can get performance equal to the 375 Raptor, which is good cartridge in its own right, much quicker and with very little expenditure.

It's the fudd factor.

Ted

You Sir are Correct about that ! ;) RJ

Ps My 375 H&H is Light its a M700 XCR11 :d

If you want a smaller 375 rifle you may want to give a 375-06 Ackley Imp some consideration. Cheap brass ,easy to form cases, positive headspacing with the 40 deg shoulder on the AI case. You can load it down or if you want some full throttle loads it can be loaded up to very close to H&H velocities. Kind of the best of both worlds

If there were no 250 grain bullets in .35 cal available, I would be interested in the Raptor, but with .35 cal 250 Partitions available, I will stick with my .358's, when I need a little more, I have a couple .350 Rem Mag's.
