375 Ruger in South Africa

I am considering a Cape Buffalo hunt in southern Africa next year, and planning on taking (for one) my 375 Ruger African. After reading on this forum and others about a problem getting ammo in 375 Ruger in Africa in case the ammo is lost in transit, I decided to query my PH.

His response; "The cartridge is well known here and ammo is readily available throughout South Africa".

I would split my ammo up into two different pieces of luggage if that is possible just for grins..
I would do that even if I was taking a .375 H&H..
