375 Ruger to 416 Ruger?

I would like to know if it's easy necking up 375 Ruger case to 416 Ruger? Annealing is necessary?

Should be easy. We Wagnerites neck 30-06 up to .375 then back down to .366 without significant losses and no annealing. I did a couple of hundred a year ago and only lost 3 pieces.
