375 Ruger

It's a good cartridge....... and you are likely right......... it will likely be as good as any of the other .375's

But if it does something they cant, and truly asnd suddenly becomes revolutionary and the brass suddenly becomes super prevelent and available like the H&H,let me know via PM so I can toss out dancing bananas like the rest of you.....

Are you having trouble finding 375 Ruger brass? It's readily available, so this is surprising you can't find any.

If it shoots anything like mine did, you'll be a very happy customer. I haven't heard anyone complain about that combo yet.

You haven't heard anyone complain about the .375 Ruger!?!? Really!?! You must not be on CGN very often. :) lol.

Now bcsteve, I haven't read any complaints about the 375 Ruger on here. There has been some issues with brass way back but that has been fixed to my understanding, which I heard from some one whose word I trust. The only complaints anyone voices on here is Gate's never ending narrative and the Royal title he so unilaterally placed upon this cartridge, of which he reminds us over.....and over.....and over.....and over.....and over.....and over.....and over.....and over.....and over.....and over.....and over..........well I think you get the jist of what I'm trying to say.......Nothing wrong with the cartridge at all, just some of the zealots who promote it to death.........

It's so sad that some people get upset about other people being enthusiastic about rifles and cartridges. Especially since this whole site is dedicated to firearms! :)

I see some bed wetter has now given this thread a "one star" rating, reminds me of something a teenage girl would do. :)

Hope to see plenty more pics of NEW KING rifles on this thread!

:dancingbanana:

I use the new king for everything now. I still have a mxlr in 308 marlin but it only came out one morning in deer season this year. I felt under gunned, almost defenceless. When I am feeling rich and not busy again I will enter this one in the you think your rifle can shoot thread, a frames are expensive.

I was referring to its accuracy in the Hawkeye rifle. I've yet to see a bad report.

I got one of those Hogue Ruger Alaskans with the brake that Prophet River was offering not too long ago...

Super exited to see what this medium bore is all about!

I'm sure you will enjoy owning and shooting what is now universally acknowledged as the NEW KING of the .375's.

It will bring a grin to your face and make you as happy as a dancing banana!

I have been guilty of "over-zealoting" the .375 Ruger. I guess if we don't toot our horn loud enough, it will go away, and we will have to re-bow to the OTHER King. Both are kings. Ever heard of more than one country having royalty run the show? Lots of kings around. It is no worse or better than the H & H. Just 5-10% more powerful with a slightly shorter OAL and no belt, available in regular long actions, not magnum actions, using a shorter barrel.....................hey, I can see why this thread threatens the other king crowd.

Lol...... I dont see any of the "other king crowd" feeling threatened....... or tossing out dancing bananas or any of the other emojis like the kids that flock to the latest and greatest apple device do.......

No offence intented sgt.........

I could counter your post with some argument, but it would be petty...... the ruger is a great cartridge, and so is the H&H...... both have their benefits and both have their drawbacks when compared against each other....... but they are so slight and negligible as to mean next to nothing to anyone that knows anything about cartridges..... it's like arguing 308 vs 30/06......... there is room in the world for both.......
