375 Ruger

Nice stock, did it require any mods to make it fit?

nope, she slapped together perfectly!

Thanks Todd, I thought the stock was the Classic. I didn't know what the fill was seeing it only weighed in at 7lbs 10oz. Pretty nice weight for that gun. Now what optics are you putting on it the VX3 1.5-5 or the 2.5-8??

Vx-R 2-7x33 with the Firedot duplex in Warne 30mm med Quick detach rings which should be here next week:50cal:

I'd rather die with a Ruger in my arms than have to wake up every morning to a Weatherby. :HR:

Nice setup TB. I would like to build one of those on a SS Model 70 action.

Just rebarreled my Stainless Mod. 70 to 375 H&H. 22" stainless .69 at the muzzel. Weights just under 7 1/2 in the tupperware.

Tod, did you have to modify the barrel channel at all to accommodate the heavier barrel?

I'm going to order one this week in left hand... just want to have all the information before calling them up.

**EDIT** Tod... disregard the question, just noticed you posted it went together without modification..... awesome!

TB, what kind of camera do you use? I've always really liked the way you frame your pictures and the quality frames you get.

I can never get nice pics like the ones you take.

Oh ya. Personally, I don't care how the ballistics are dressed, just how they perform. You dress up the rifle.

I am sure your camera is fine. Your just holding it upside down. NEXT!

I don't have the KING of .375 but apparently I have the KING of SLR!!R:dancingbanana::dancingbanana:

I knew I was cool at something!:D

Proper lighting (enough sunlight, preferably diffused through clouds), no shadows and no flash (or reduced power) is crucial for these types of shots.

And the Rebel is the baby brother of the real KING of DSLR's, the 5DMkII! ;)

Im still looking for some .375 Ruger brass... if anyone can point me in the right direction of where it's in stock at the moment, i'd be very grateful!
