375 winchester cast bullet loads?

I'm having no luck searching here and elsewhere for loads for 265gr cast gas check bullets, and for imr 3031 or reloader 7 which is what I have on hand right now. I have data for 255gr cast in my Lee manual but not for these powders. I gotta get to civilization and get more manuals...

Can anyone help me out here? Even 38-55 data for these powders and similar weight cast bullets would be helpfull. Thanks.

My Lyman cast bullet book, 3rd. edition, shows for the .375 Win. and the 264 gr. gas check bullet, mould # 375449. With IMR 3031 a starting load of 26.2 and a top load of 32.0 gr. (compressed) and 1484 and 1770 f.p.s. respectively. 2.560" O.A.L.

I use Re 7 in 375 Winch. Favorite loads are:

33 grs Re 7 with Barnes 255gr SP or 36 grs ( 1 full over max !! ) with 220 grs Barnes SP again...

I came to prefer Re 7 over IMR 3031 in strait walled cases when ``working up`` loads as it compresses better......

Thanks MARK, I'm going to get some Hornaday 220grs when I get to town. I think I'll try some Reloader 7 and keep your numbers in mind

I dumped a nice buck 3 years ago with a lee 250 gr fb sized to .378, out of my 38-55, was using 21 gr of XMR 5744 , I think its called, would have to check the can.
