375WIN redding dies

gday, not sure if you guys have redding dies, i guess so. but may not be popular?
anywhoo

i pulled out the old 375 win today, an found the dies i bought also.

Its a redding 3 die kit..

the dies have the followin stamped on them.

375win K81 also with the following on each die
* K
* FL
*ST
* EXP

Can someone please inform me of which this means, ive done some reading an realise EXP is an expander die.
FL is obviously full length die incl decapper pin.

not sure of the others.

Also which size projie should i aim for, noting- australias gun stores dont hold much ammo for the .375win, so i may have to use 375 h&h projies for time being... not stressed but somewhat a fmj.
alot of plinking to be done, so hopefully find somethin soft enough

Likely a (NK) neck size die , To leave the body of the brass un touched and most obvious the 4th is the seater die. As to boolits I shoot / will shoot cast when my TC barrel arrives , They just started a group buy with NOE over @ cast boolits website ! 378-220 , There are already a couple of people from Austrailia signed up !

More so would like to know what
ST die means? its a redding brand.

The other was a LEE brand, so ignore that, but FL EXP an ST is Redding.

expander?? what does this do (expand the brass)?

Yup, seating die, your best bet would be cast bullets and prolly .376 or .377", match the alloy with the speeds you intend to use. 220 gr. bullets can be driven 2250 fps and 250 gr to over 1900fps. If you plan on using those higher end loads all the time, I would recommend a gas check design. I'm sure your very own CBE would make you a nice mold.

i have a lead cast here... think its 286gr?? off top of my head.
not so much interested in makin my own, but would prefer fully lead projies. see what the store has over the weeknd
