37mm Ammo?

Depends what kind of 37mm ammo you want. There are countless different types from the 37x94mm Hotchkiss (or Pom-Pom) to anti-tank guns to aircraft guns from countries all round the world.

Nearly all of it is collectors' stuff these days.

I think the PO was referring to the rounds that are used in mock M79 and M203 launchers, as well as numerous police-type gas/rubber bullet launchers, as working 40mm ammo is generally not allowed.

you can own 40mm ammo but no explosive ammo the practice stuff and homebrew stuff is ok

i'll try to find the place that sells turned shells for 26.5mm,37mm and 40mm and they will ship here
