37mm Launcher

snake- you said keep it legal but I am under the assumption that it is legal from what I have learned in this thread.

Maybe I can contact a supervisor and give them a heads up. I am going to do that this week once I get back from Florida. Maybe if I get a good response I will buy 3 or 4 so others can share....

do you think I should call the RCMP and try to get a 'letter of admissibility' or some #### like that?

I really want to make the liberal friends I have in Toronto poopoo in their panties when I show it to them;) ;)

There really isnt any other purpose.....for me at least:p

I am not interested in what the US has to say at this point. I am simply looking to figure out what Canada customs would do. Does anyone know the answer to this?

Would I simply go to the border and pay GST?

By this statement it is up to interpretation on whether you are trying to circumvent/Ignore U.S export regs.

If you would have simply stated you know what is required by the U.S. export regs, and want to know what Canada Customs stance is on these items, them The Mods wouldn't have posted a warning........;)

If you bring one launcher in, you might would be ok, but if you bring in several, Customs may decide that you are a business/retailor and give you an added hassle plus increases duties/taxes/etc...........

I want PRETEND GRENADE LAUNCHER!!!

Is it worth a try?

Then go on a airosoft forum, and buy one there. It will be way cheaper and it will be risk free

You can request an official ruling from customs. It takes a week or so. You provide all the details and they send you a letter saying yes or no. If yes, then include a copy with your shipment and it will pass right through.
