Spikes Tactical has a launcher that mounts under an AR.

it looks pretty neat. And it's only $300. If it is not a firearm, can we order it from the U.s of A??
 
questar just got some in, I personally do not like the look of them but it might be the same as what your referring to. Check their site.

Does anyone know if the MI rail on a AR-180B would be strong enough to support one of these 37mm launchers?
 
I think the MI rail would be ok but the plastic lower would worry me.Adding a second anchor point between the metal upper and plastic lower by filling in the space behing the trigger with epoxy and bedding in a lug added to the upper would help

I've been thinking that too, just looked at spikes site and they make a 12ga and 26.5mm flare adaptors. I don't think that could handle 12ga rounds, its made of aluminum and the chamber is propably shorter for the flare rounds, a steel adaptor would be good but would doing that make the launcher into a firearm?

That would look so cool on a 10/22 with the EVO or the Nordic stock :D
 
The 26.5mm flares are as hard to find in Canada as the 37mm stuff. Maybe harder.
And most of the 12ga stuff is the plain red flare.

Need to get the interesting 26.5mm flares in. :(
 
Soooooo other colors would be neat. As well as the parachute flares and the smoke rounds available for the 26.5 mm would be nice to have as well.
