38-55 empty casing (display ammo)

I was wondering if any nice gun nut could help me out. I am building a display box for my alberta diamond jubilee winchester model 94. I have an original box of ammo but I cannot display this with the firearm (with ammo in it). As such I would like to get some non primed, no powdered display ammo. 5 pieces would be ideal. Is there anyone that can help me out, I am willing to pay, I am in Calgary. thank you.
 
I would send you some but you're not supposed to mail dummy ammo in Canada, as silly as that is. It's fine to mail the pieces seperate but without dies I don't think you could seat them.

Curious where you found this information? Have never mailed ammunition of any kind, but would not have thought dummy ammo would be the same as live.
