38-55 Rolling Block Rifle Build

I am trying to find a gunsmith knowledgeable about rolling block rifles who can assemble one from the components I have.

- New Green Mountain 38-55 Barrel
- Remington 1910 Rolling Block Action ( previously barreled in 30-30 , I have the 30-30 barrel stub as an example of threading and milling required)
- New Buttstock and Forearm

Any referrals or suggestions would be greatly appreciated. Also if anyone can provide budget estimate for this that would be great.

This guy used to make roller sporters. I am not sure if he still does. I have only used him to make SXS firing pins, not a custom rifle, but one of his guns is for sale at Rangeview Sports. The pic gives some idea of the work he did.
