Anyone know of anyone selling a .361 bullet sizing die? I bought a bunch of cast 200 grain SWC for loading in my WW2 revolvers. Problem is some of them are .362-.363. I am not worried about these firing safely as they are all cast lead but the bigger ones will only fit in the cylinder with a bit of force making them a pain to reload. I am looking for a .360-.361 bullet sizing die to fix these bullets

Thanks! Unfortunately they only have them up to .358. I have never dealt with them, do you think they could order a custom .361 one from Lee? I know Lee makes custom sizing dies but don't know if they ship to Canada for non distributors

I have a 38 special bullet swaging set up...if that would help ya...bought it awhile ago. It’s an older press and die setup. Works great..but I got rid of the 38, so no use to me. Pm me if it would work for you. It would be heavy to ship, but would out last your file.
Cheers
Brian

The Lee Factory Crimp die has a sizer to iron out any bulges on a loaded case. If Lee makes one for 38 S&W, that would take cares of the occassional fat bullet and guarantee all rounds will chamber.

If they don't make it in that caliber, I know they make it for 9mm Makarov, which is also a fat case, similar in diameter to your 38S&W.

The NOE sizing system uses small insert dies for sizing.
For your situation, they are available in thous from .360 to .364.
They work quite well.
