.38 S&W chamber inserts

Where can I get .22 LR chamber inserts for my Great Western derringer chambered in .38 S&W?

Ok I will bite, why would you want them? I cannot see the reason to shoot .22 in a 38 caliber barrel, or is this a sleave that goes all the way down the barrel with rifling in it?

Ammo availability, maybe? That'd be my best guess.

It would give me an opportunity to shoot my Derringer with less than .38 S&W rounds. I do handload for it as factory ammo is a bit warm in the tiny gun. My wife would enjoy shooting it more with .22 LR ammo.
I don't care if it's a barrel length sleeve or just the chamber. All I expect is card table accuracy.
