What are these? Shot shells? Blanks? I have 11 of them, and I could take one apart. Perhaps someone will recognize them. They appear to be factory. They only weigh around 83 grains. Thanks in advance for any info.

In saying that, fire one safely into a pine board at five feet. This will tell you if it is a birdshot load. Although, it sure looks like a blank round to me......)

They are for a Ram-Set 38 spec. kit for anchors in steel beams, they had red paper on top
i had one of them back in the 80s in 22 lr red, blue, green, yellow, i used the 22lr blanks
with 22 cal pellets for cheep plinking in my Savage O/U 22lr 410, the 38 special conversion Ram Set anchor system were banned long time ago
