Given that you're stuck in Ontario, I'd try Epps (top of the page) there shouldn't be any issue finding good old 38 (it's in every gun store here!) SFRC also at the top lists 158 LSWC for as low as $224/1,000.

I you check the website, you'll note that he sells loaded ammo just slightly more more expensive than some are selling brass only.
i.e. $300.00 for 45Colt brass vs $354.00 for loaded .45Colt
No offence, intended to the seller involved, but golly!
