1922 Brownings in .380 do show up from time to time. I don't know what's happening there since Jose died, but there was one listed at Zefarm, and maybe also at Epps.
Browning/FN model 1910, same as the one that started WWI, with a 1922 .380 barrel in it is also restricted. The 1910 mags will all feed .380 no matter if they're 7.65 (.32) marked or 9mm -- the 1922 mags will not feed .380 if they're marked 7.65. They look a bit goofy but this is one of the smallest restricted .380s
