And the results of shooting the FN model 1922?
I have a Walther PP .380 seems to be all original will all numbers matching. Some sources give it 1938, some others - 1940. Magazine release at the bottom. Some gun collector told me it's Luftwaffe issued rare model, some other collectors are baffled. Whatever. Cool little thingy to have fun with.
Walther PP made in Zella Mehlis Thueringen before 1945.
Barrel was extended to make it non prohib ( doesn't matter anymore), but you know this already.

Your Walther PP was made in 1940 (production sn's from 157###P - 203###P in 1940)
No, the bottom mag release PP's werent specifically issued to the Luftwaffe, it's just the way the 9mm Kurz PP's were manufactured...(much rarer than the 7.65mm pistols)
