38sp vs 38sp+P casings?

Just curious if there is a difference in Casing strength? Will it be safe to load +P loads in regular 38sp casings?

Safe indeed, there's no physical difference between regular .38spl cases and those marked +p.

Once the factory loaded +P has been fired, it is just another .38 casing.

Myself, I still sort them. (Just because most +P cases are nickel plated that I have seen)
The +P note was only do differentiate them in order to prevent modern, higher-pressure (its a .38, what pressure?) loads from being used in older revolvers whose metallurgy was not up to the higher pressures...

As stated, for reloading, it's all the same.
