3Gun Rifle optics

In ipsc 3gun you can have an optic on your rifle or shotgun without getting bumped to open, i belive an open pistol is automatically open div. Regardless of rifle or shotgun configuration if you put optics on both long guns your in open. Shotgun speed load tubes put you in open aswell l

IPSC 3GUN does not exist.

That's USPSA multigun.

IPSC is one gun per match.
Maybe one day IPSC will catch up with the rest of the shooting world when it comes to 3 gun/multigun, but I wouldn't hold my breath.

3gun, comes in two variants.. "Outlaw", and USPSA Multigun.. the Outlaw matches are simply those not sanctioned under USPSA Multigun. USPSA Multigun is moving to a Time+ scoring system from their initial attempt using traditional IPSC power factors. The new simplier system was used at the 2012 Nationals in Vegas, didn't hear any complaints\issues from anyone.. in the end Daniel Horner still wins.. :)

The rules are essentially a compilation of the Pistol\Rifle\Shotgun individual rules with reguard to distances, fault lines, steel, target types, etc. Abandoning a firearm is also well covered and blatenly simple..

In Canada, a group can run sanctioned USPSA matches by becoming a foreign affiliate ($200 regiatration, plus 10 (20?) paid USPSA members. At the present moment the Multigun RO course (correspondence) is awaiting completion of some small rule changes and then it will be available.. An existing Canadian IPSC RO can take the course, and then be qualified to run\assist in sanctioned matches.

Multigun?.. TOO much Fun!

Sorry to hijack...

I really like Meopta scopes, with the 1-6 Kdot
Or the 1-4 Trijicon. Has really bright glass and very visible chevron.
I think these are both around $1000, may be wrong.

I read a lot about the Meopta scopes, and I have only read good things about them. So where does one find one in Canada?

To answer my own question I see that P&D is bringing them in
