3Gun @ Spruce Grove, 13 Nov 2010

Hey Guys. Just got back into shooting and doing my Black Badge on the 20th. Not ready to participate as a shooter that weekend, but if you could use a hand setting up, I'd love to come out and help and meet everyone and check out 3 gun!:D

You don't need a black badge for 3gun. I've heard rumors that IPSC may put on a match or 2 but i think that's all they are. I am just speaking for myself here, but they are a HUGE amount of fun, bring what ya got IF I manage to make it you can borrow my shotgun or handgun if you'd like. and I've been offered a few different rifles to broow from people and i don't see why they wouldn't entend the same hospitality to you.

lol the issue will mostly be money at that point, cause Monday is payday lol so won't have the cash to buy ammo. Going to come down and meet everyone regardless though. Definitely wanna check it out!

How many rounds in a days worth of shooting? I might be able to pull it off perhaps! I'm going to come either way, but would be even better if I can shoot. The pistol I have, but only 3 mags (Glock 17).

Tex I am in!! Will be there on Fri night at Tommy's then shooting with you on Sat! Looking forward to it!!

AWSOME!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Bring what you have. If you want to shoot a couple of stages to the get juices going, you are more than welcome to.

Round count will be roughly
Rifle: 60
Shotgun:25
Pistol: 100
(These are of course minimums as the COF's have not been decided yet)

as the days go on it looks less and less likely i'll be able to make it guys. I was really looking forward to it. It's not a no go yet, though.

Looks like I am a go boys! Woot!

Is there any ammo that you guys don't like using? Like the non re-loadable? I use it sometimes in my pistol when I'm feeling too cheap and lazy to pick up my brass to reload lol

I can't wait to meet you guys and give this a try!

Run whatever kind of ammo you want, non-reloadable is fine.

Sam

Cool just want to make sure that since there are obviously guys that are great enough to let someone else use their rifle/shotgun, want to make sure using only the ammo they want going through their barrel :D

I'll bring along some spare stuff if people are in a bind.

I'll try to remember to bring two of everything. Two shottys on hand, this time around, I am putting the Franken Swiss through the course, but I'll have the 858 with me and two pistols.

I am not one to loan out stuff, but I don't mind if it gets more people out, just don't piss me off like drop my weapons in the sand or anything and we'll get along fine.

What time do you prefer to have everyone there? I know it says first shot at 10, but I definitely wan to be early. And do you guys need help setting up the day before or in the morning?

Registration will be open at 0800, and we prefer people to arrive at this time to help with set up and get the registration finished.

All right Gun Nutz,

This is the last kick at the cat to get out and have some fun running and gunning, 3 Gun Style.

Round count will be roughly
Rifle: 60
Shotgun:25
Pistol: 100
(These are of course minimums as the COF's have not been decided yet)

We will classify people for the pistol stages into Production, Standard and open.

All rifle and shotgun stages are run what you have.

No other restrictions on equipment or ammo. General usage is 55gr .223 and #7 to #4 12 gauge ammo

Anthing from dropleg to armor to chest rigs to plain belt rigs with shells in the pockets are good to go.

There are no "club guns" avaliable, however if you bring 12 gauge and .223 then I or someone else will let you use there rifle/shotgun and mags.

WRAS membership is Adult $35/ year Junior $15/year.
WRAS members recieve a $10 discount on all match fees for 3-gun matches.

If it your first ever match with WRAS and you join the club the match is free!!

Match fee is $45 for adults and $25 for juniors.

If you are not a range member there is a $10 charge per match for adults to pay for the range day pass.

If you have any questions either PM me here or you can PM Sosa here on CGN.

Thanks,
Jarrit

whatever ya got. if you have a tactical vest or such it's nice, if you have ipsc gear wear that, if you have nothing make sure your jeans have lots of pockets for mags. The only mandatory gear is, ear and eye protection and some common sence on safety.

Sorry to butt in guys correct me if i'm wrong but that's been my experience at any match I've been too.
