4.2 Inch Barrels

Just curious, but is anyone besides Ruger making revolver barrels of 4.2 inches meaning they are restricted? Thanks

there was another thread on this subject earlier this year.

I talked to S&W about making a 329 PD with a 4.2 and they told me a minimum order of 200 would be required.

There were rumors of S&W going it but no follow through yet....and no one else I know either yet.

I beg to differ. I may own (one of) the smallest restricted revolvers in Canada. 4" barrel with a .05mm barrel liner that makes it 105mm. It was reclassified as a restricted. THAT is the way to go to get the shortest barreled revolver you can legally own. But I doubt I'm the only one who owns one.
Now if only the damn CFO would approve the transfer. Damn Ontario..
