^^ you know, im wondering about that. I got 500 winchester 9mm for a "reloaded" price as a promotion. They worked great tho and I didnt know any better. A few weeks later I bought some moreguns brand reloaded hollow points (which also worked great) and they came in the same winchester boxes but with a sticker on top.

Apparently he got them at auction in Winnipeg from an estate sale, and when he tried to sell them as commercial reloads, someone kindly pointed out that only one factory in Canada was lisenced for the .223 he was selling... and it had been out of production for 10 years.
Then he re-boxed it as new commercial... or so I've heard elsewhere on CGN. If someone knows more details, please comment.
