Okay consulting the big book of knowledge

1964 Colt Inc, Firearms Div.
1977
1988
1990 Colt Industries, Colt Firearms Division becomes Colt's Manufacturing Company Inc
2002 Colt Manufacturing Company Inc. split into two different entities
Colt Defense LLC, and Colt's Manufacturing Company LLC

Hey, I've been working for a good few years and I've got ZERO savings and no RRSP's... guns are an expensive addiction/hobby
$40K could be easily done I think (over a few years of course).

Someone ask Laniru... ;)

Like fecking Yoda:cheers:

I noticed I left out the 1977 restructuring -- which from my understand was more of a background issue with the Colt parent holding company.

The 1988 issue was due to the loss of the M16A2 contract and strike issue -- that brought out the 1990 settlement.

Also I did not mention the Colt Defense purchase of Diemaco - and the re-jig of it into Colt Canada - a wholly owned subsidiary of Colt Defence LLC. (USA)

kudos to the Black Rifle and Back Rifle II - and no real life on my behalf...

Black Gun Disease

Wow Ray, I am impressed. Talk about hitting extremes. You need to find the balance. But if you can't, let me know if ou want to get rid of some of the toys......LOL

great pic of the wife and kids Ray. The girls have grow a ton since I last saw them.
I have to say that in my opinion the LCF makes a difference. well ok maybe not, but I hate iron sights on my AR, I much prefer the optic. Yes I know that if the optic goes down the zombies might get me, but then again I took second at a match with targets out to 100yds, with no sights or optics. So really maybe I should just yank it all off? sights, optics, everything?

Hey man hold the bus...like I said, I still have the Blade Armory with all the freddy go fast bits in case US SOCOM just can't get by without a chubby suburban dad on their payroll.

^^ Ha Ha

I'm still at the tacti-cool stage. I can honestly attest to the 40k tag especially while getting the koolaid Colt and quality accessories.

I have a KISS build planned though :)
