.40-65 Brass - Where to buy?

Does anyone know of a Canadian supplier who carries or can get .40-65 brass?

I should have stated that I was looking for another source. The Bertram brand brass they list runs $50 per 20 cases and I was hoping to find something a little less pricey. I believe Starline also makes it and was hoping to find a Canadian supplier.

"...believe Starline also makes it..." Yep. $148.15US per 250. Epp's doesn't list it, but contact 'em anyway. Mind you, any time you're looking for unusual stuff, it's going to cost more.

Don't waste your money on 40-65 brass just get some 45-70's and run them through your 40-65 sizing die and you will have the same thing at a fraction of the cost.Thats how I have been making mine for years as they share the same base diameter.

Thanks alot guys, it looks like forming it from .45-70 is definetly the way to go.

Get the newest issue of Handloader (Feb./08). Mike Venturino has an article about the 40-65 including a tip on forming brass from 45-70. Lots of good info in the article.
