Alexander arms used to make one but mags were crazy expensive and it didn't realy take off,might be a few still kicking around if a guy looked hard enough as the FBI had posed some interest in a .40cal carbine on an AR platform. Only other I can think of is Olympic arms but uses a Glock mag???
