Hi,

The range brass, especially 40 S&W sometimes comes bulged and cannot even fit in the case gage.
Is there any method to resize the brass to the normal size?

Thanks.

Standard sizing dies should iron the bulge out just fine. I certainly have had no issues with clearing up Glock bulge on the range pickup 9mm I have loaded.

I agree with Mark above, I have resized bad Glock bulged 40 S&W brass with plain old RCBS carbide dies and they were fine, nothing special is needed.

If your standard sizing die can't iron out the bulge then Lee makes a "bulge buster kit" that is used in conjunction with a Lee Factory Crimp Die..

Glocks barely bulge 9mm to the point that it's an issue. 40 S&W - completely different story.
