.40 S&W Carbine, Help finding one please?

I have searched several websites and talked to Questar about RRA LAR-40 .40 S&W CAR A4. They have been trying to get it for a while without any luck. I need a good pistol caliber carbine I can put lots of toys on.

highpoint carbine. 40s&w. added bonus you can get 10round pistol mags for it.

highpoints look like shait tho. Epps has the JR in .40 s&w in stock atm. You could also get a sub2k in .40 but, they are a lill to fisher price for me. The JR carbine has tons of rails and the only plastic on it is the m4 stock and the pistol grip. the highpoint is mostly plastic, as it the sub2k. the highpoint is restricted, the jr and sub 2k are not.
