40 s&w loads

Can anyone help me find a load using VihtaVuori N310. I pick up a bottle on the cheap but can only find load info on 45. I am using 180 grain bullets

N310 is pretty fast powder for that application if you're loading major PF, which likely explains the lack of reloading data. N320 is considered a fast powder for .40 S&W. If you're doing powder-puff reduced loads, it might be good since at least all the powder will end up burning. Otherwise, start low and slowly work your way up to PF using a chrono while keeping very alert to over-pressure signs.

There's a guy on Brain Enos forum that claims he uses 4.6gr of N310 with 1.20 OAL and apparently gets a 170 PF. I certainly wouldn't start there.
