Hey if anyone in my vicinity can handle/afford that much, I can hook you up with the guy who wants to sell it.

He asked what it was worth, told him scrap prices were around $0.55/lb

dam, if only i still worked in residential hvac. we ripped out alot of oil tanks. i could have scraped 4 furnaces for the burner assemblies for a heat source (320kbtuh of heat). weld on a bottom pour spout and your good to go!

buy it for 2k and sell it for 4k.

they do, but it's tiny and got some rubber seals. if you built it right you could likely put the whole keel in the tank, turn it on before you go to work and by the time your back it's nicely melted and or your house is burnt
