We really need more description here, as the price can vary a whole lot. Even for the boxes of ammo, what type and condition. Pics would help.

Cheers,
Matt

i would love to post pics, but like others, cant figure how to do them.

You are not alone!
Also, I tried to show a friend and we coulddn't do it on his computer. He had Windows 2000. I did exactly like I do on mine, with Windows XP, but it just would not work on his. So, don't know if that was the reason, or not.

If you want to send me a PM, I could try and work you through it.

Here are Carl,s pictures of the 405

Somebody must be able to Carl an idea what these are worth.

Lorne, I PM Carl and he told me the 405 was already sold. I will be posting a 405 TD like Carls in the EE and I will be asking $2000 for mine. Carls has a better finish with more blue so I would put it at over $3000. The only draw back to Carls is it has a Cresent butt plate and in the 405 a Shotgun butt brings a premium.
The 30-06 seems to have about the same finish but by the looks of it the receiver sight is not original Winchester factory and I would assume there is extra holes in the receiver. Also there is a swivel stud in the rear stock but no allowance for a front swivel.I would think the price on that 1 to be between $1500 -$2000
These prices are for original blue, if either is reblued the prices will be lower. Carl will have to answer that?
I would think a high condition 405 to be worth about $4000
