If it's not Safe, then why are you endangering yourself and those around you?

This is called negligence. If someone's killed by your knowingly unsafe actions, it could be considered Criminal Negligence Causing Death.

A real launcher (37mm) will probably only cost you $500ish. Are your hands worth that much to you? (or that little?)

This is from Grogs site this guy tried to make his own 37mm ammo and got carried away thinking he had a piece of artillery. If I remember right he tried to make his own exploding rounds and instead of it detonating down range it all went off at once and they did not save the hand.

I'll stick with flares with my launcher I,m cautious even using Bird bombs. I think I know why they dont make them anymore.

man just slap that 5 hundy on your VISA. I hope you are a materials Engineer.

That Airsoft chamber builds its pressure WAY WAY slower than powder not to mention the heat expansion.

80 rounds so far eh? those materials aren't designed for what your doing - the rapid expansion and heat will only leave you playing russian roulette with your hands.

80, 81, 82, 83, 84, ow.

Dude.... airsoft products explode upon contact with any material more rigid than ABS plastic. I wouldn't trust an airsoft manufacturer if they made plastic utensils. You're risking your club membership, PAL, life and possibly the lives of those around you.
