So name's Logan or James or anything else that works on a forum.
I'm an Ontario boy who's migrated to Alberta...
I've been a long time firearm fan, shot one in the past year or so (over 25 years old) I will be looking for my own but an intro thread doesn't seem to be the place.
I really don't like intro threads so sorry I' not a bit more friendly I'll warm up in the forums I promise.

Hello and welcome. You're quite right about this forum being only for greetings. What you might want to do is request access to the Equipment Exchange forum from one of the Moderators. Takes a day or so, but that's where "wants" and "sells" are posted. Enjoy the site.
 
Thanks MTF I really haven't been able to troll the site as I normally would, so I didn't know about the exchange section. Do I need to request it or will it open once I pass a certain post count?
I plan on purchasing a firearm once I have more available cash and eventually take the course.
A friend took me skeet shooting with his shotgun about a year ago, and after being a long time fan, it seems like a good hobby to take up.

Time to troll around and see what this place is all about.
 
Great, thanks for the info. See this is why new users should start with intro threads, they might learn something.
I need to get a bunch of things in order before I'll be ready to purchase, but now I'll know where to look.
