is this ammo hard to find, or can it be bought from any supplier?

Can be difficult to find (but not impossible), and not much choice, and pricey. It isn't something you will usually find at Can Tire. Best bet is re load for it, I am pretty sure starline makes brass. Usually it is cheaper to buy loaded rounds and then re use the brass, but in some less common calibers it isn't the case. It would also be smart to source projectiles before you make the jump. I know that lately even Epp's has been only buying more common components, when they used to carry all kinds of harder to find stuff.

Real rare ammo around here in Quebec. Hardly ever see it even as singles.
