.410 and 28 ga roll crimping or recular crimp? Where to buy?

I did score some #9 Challenger 28 ga at CTC, last two boxes... 28 bucks plus tax..... Hard to pay 20 plus dollars for 410.... Walmart is 18.47 plus tax for Winchester white box here and it not great, hoping I can reload better. That's why I am asking for info...

And yes I tried to join equipment exchange but I have a Rogers account and it does not have an ip associated with an e-mail... or that's the best I can figure out...
To recap reloading .410 and 28 ga shotshell and would love to find some brass cases and a way to crimp them, thanks in advance!

.410 brass I think you could use .38-55 dies read it somewhere about making .410 brass out of .303 british but anneal the mouths of the case or they will crack. rusty wood trading has brass shotsshell hulls if you are using a break action a little Elmer's water proof glue works well on an over shot card

.410 is so hard to crimp by hand.. cannot find a reloader of any kind anywhere and when I say 28 ga the say what gauge.... Just an update of my last week of hunting for reloading .410 and 28 ga
Thanks
