.410 barrel with no bead or sights. Any ideas?

So I bought a homemade cut barrel .410 single shot with no bead or anything on the end of the barrrel. I wanna shoot slugs and I wanna be accurate. So any ideas on an easy and cheap way to do this? I suppose this could apply to any cut off barrel .410 to 10 guage. I want more than a bead so I guess I want front and rear sights. Any ideas???? thanks!!!

Ya, go to a smith. Otherwise if you do it at home they won't be accurate anyhow.
