Maybe a long shot, looking for 410 load data for 3"and 2.75" Imperal/IVI plastic and 3" plastic Challenger hulls. None of my books have these in 410.Thanks.

Don't know about the 410 but the imperal 20 16 and 12 gauge hulls have the center of the crimp melted together which tears out when fired. So when you reload the hulls there is a hole in the center that the pellets fall out of. I sealed that hole on the few I loaded with a drop of hot wax but it was a extra annoying step. I would look for other hulls

I’m away from my books right now but have data for IVI hulls I’d have to see what powders are still available for use with them. The challenger are cheddite hills so use data for them.

Thanks, l may have kept these IVI hulls for that reason not finding available powder. Will use cheddite data for Challengers.

Theirs definitely some available. The problem lies most old .410 is either 2400 or IMR4198 and the new formula 4198 is a no go in shotshell bc they put something in it to make it less temp sensitive. But I have Lyman 1st and 3rd edition.

My old books refer to 296 powder but H110 is the almost identical substitute for it by weight and volume.
