i was reading about a .410 6 shooter, known as the judge. is it a legal restricted weapon in canada?

I was looking at an over-under .410 handgun today. It looks like a derringer but bigger.

One is used in the movie Max Payne, Taurus Judge .410/45. Would be neat, but just a novelty IMO as .410 ammo is pretty expensive and I imagine the pistol as well.
