That is amazing. They can't keep an $80 mag box in inventory?
Methinks it is time to consider a different make of rifle. For some reason they just get past QC and into the shipping carton. Surely someone should be checking feeding before they leave the factory. Guess not.
A guy I know well up here received a Model 77 in 350 Rem Mag that did the exact same thing with factory ammo. Every round feeding from the right side jammed hard.

I hope they get it sorted out for you quickly. I bought my Ruger Alaskan in .416 slightly used and had the dealer check to make sure it fed properly before they shipped it to me. I had read about some having issues but mine is absolutely flawless, feeding and ejection are super smooth. It's one of my favorite rifles and I'm sure you'll really like yours once the issue is fixed.
It's a shame that it is taking a while to resolve the issue.
With a DGR rifle my most important quality would be reliability at any temperature and field conditions that I might need the rifle. Mine feeds very reliably with very minimal effort so that it gives me confidence when I carry it. I hope that Snapshot comes through for you.
