Where in canada can I purchase 43 mauser (11×60mm) ammo

You'll have to start making it.
There was an ad in the EE for 5 rounds for oh around $25 or so.
Collectable, so not something you'd shoot.
From what I've gathered it can be made from 45/70, but I'm sure someone more experienced than I can verify that.
I've got a set of dies, but that's as far as I've gone so far.
Need to find some bullets.

OK i figured as much, i see you can purchase it in the USA so i was hoping someone in canada might have some

I have dies, an old Lyman mould and 80 rounds of Bertram brass - I don't see needing more than that for the rest of my life, considering that it gets fired a couple of times a year and occasionally shoots a deer...

i normaly get mine in gunshow.

You can occasionally get the old Dominion rounds, last box of 20 rounds I saw at gun show was going for $150, saw 15 loose paper patched BP German rounds dated 1886 sell for $90. I actually have some of these, fired a couple of these, they shot surprising well for 125 year old ammo. Most of these are berdan primed and brass looks pretty thin, I would not reload them.
