.44 cal case trimmer pilot diameter

I'd like to know what the diameter is of the case trimmer pilot for a .44 caliber. I don't think it matters what brand. So, thanks in advance to anyone with a pilot and a pair of calipers and a few minutes.
 
if you are talking about a straight wall 44, like a 44 magnum, you won't need a pilot, because they don't require trimming. They don't grow.
 
Thanks everyone, I didn't think they would be tapered that much. I need to turn a .45 cal into a .44 cal., thus the question.

Yes, this is for a .44 magnum. I bought a bunch of old casings and just wanted to start with them all the same size.

Now I am befuddled.
What 45 calibre are you going to change to 44 magnum?

If you picked up a bunch of old 44 magnum cases, they will still be very close to factory length, so why worry about them.
Don't make life hard for yourself, just load them up and shoot them.
 
I didn't want to wait to order a .44 cal pilot and the only thing I could buy locally was a
.45. I had hopes of getting a machinist friend to turn it down for me to the appropriate size assuming that it won't be too hard for him to machine.
