I have a 44 magnum, and load with H110. Is the Winchester WLP primer ok with H110 or should I go with CCI350 magnums or Federal 155 magnum? Winchester labels their WLP as 'For standard or magnum loads'. I ask because I can get WLP primer by a carton, and CCI350/Fed155 only by the hundred. Id rather buy in quantity to help with consistency.

thanks

I just did a primer comparison using relatively hot 10mm reloads CCI350's and WLP's.

End result: Using CCI350's added 5%~6% more velocity (I assume more pressure as well.)

That's it.

WLP are for standard and magnum loads...
never had any problems with that. As a matter of fact, that's why I am using them, so i have to keep only one kind of primers for large pistol...

I have used winchester large pistol with H110 . I think I used 24 to 25 grains and a 240 jacketed bullet in my marlin and it worked great . very accurate also . :dancingbanana:
