44 magnum rifle

I have... Foolishly sold and now I'm looking for another.

If anybody has a full stocked ranch hand for sale let me know... Heck, even a regular .44 ranch hand would make me happy, I'll find a stock.

Not yet. It's on my list because I have a revolver in .44Magnum and if I have one gun in a calibre I like to have another. Given what's commonly available within my budget, it's probably going to be a Marlin 1894.

on paper it looks sad, yet i've read that out to 125 yards it piles deer up with aplomb. even heard it piles up moose if you get close

not bad for little stumpy

Ruger 77/44 and Marlin 1894 at the moment... but I have had at least a dozen others... Ruger Carbines, Win 94's (X3 or 4), Couple other Marlin's and Henry's, several swap barrel Hand rifles etc... it is a fun little round... and loaded with 225 FTX and H110 it is very accurate.

I picked up a little Rossi M92 16" Trapper .44 a few years ago to have around the camp.... it's slightly smaller and lighter than my 10/22, but holds 8+1 rounds of .44 magnum. Fun little gun, especially with the mid-power hard cast hand loads I've been using for plinking with it.

I like my Ruger 77/44 once I installed a Skinner peep sight and Volquartsen sear to reduce the trigger pull. Same size and weight as a .22 but with the stopping power of a .44 magnum. What's not to like?

I own a marlin 336 Texan in 44 that I aquired a few mo the back. Unfortunately I haven't taken it out but from my reading it would appear do everything a 3030 can with more panache.

Man, y'all making me jealous...

I've wanted a 44 lever action ever since i started buying guns... there is just something about em that screams awesomeness.
