Hey guys, I have a small dilemma here with my otherwise fault-less 8 inch barrelled Model 44 Dan Wesson.
For the first time this spring I took this to the nearby outdoor range.
I was shooting S&B 44 magnum factory ammo, which I suspect is hot ammo.
It took quite a bit of range time to get it at 4-5 inches above my point of aim at 40 yards. It was shooting noticeably high from the get go.
Mind you the groups were fairly tight, but I can not lower my rearsight anymore!
Anyone else use this same S&B ammo, and find it of higher velocity?
Any thoughts or advice please?
