I use the DRG 240 SWC also... I have had very good accuracy with them. Paid $59/500.

I had leading in my gp100 with .38 special loaded with 4.5 grain win 231. Then heard some more velocity might help " seal" the lead projectile.... Didnt make things any better. Turned out they were way too undersized.

Well you can do what I'm starting to do and that is cast your own, I believe you already stated you cast lead shot, casting your own boolits is the logical next step.
