Can dies for 44 Reminton Magnum be utilized to reload 44 Special? PLEASE REMOVE

they may not be able to apply a crimp, but otherwise they'll probably be OK.

Some came with a spacer, just like 38 Special/357 Magnum dies. Not sure when or if this changed in the marketplace and which companies did what/where/when.
I know for sure, my older RCBS 44 Special/44 Magnum dies do have it. (the spacer)

Should work fine.

As mentioned the crimp and belling functions might not work depending on the particular die set.

you will probably have to rotate the dies out, or in depending on which caliber, i know with mine i have to move the certain dies one and three quarters turns up to work properly on 44 magnum opposed to 44 special
