44th Annual Canadian Airgun Grand Prix - May 2026

Thanks for posting, but mind you elaborating a bit more about ISSF rules?
Specifically interested for PCP air rifles, in this case for Canada events.

What limitation or allowed with calibre?
What limitation with power?
What if any limitation with equipment weight?
What limitation with ammo choices, pellets or slugs, off the shelf only ammo or custom built?

I am pretty much familiar with BR games in USA, N50, ELR, PRS,
but if anybody could chime in with more details I believe that could help the wider audiences as well.

It's a specialized discipline, probably not suitable for just anyone with an air rifle. While many in Canada may not have top level air rifles, below is an image of one.

Distance is 10 meters from standing position. Rifles are invariably .177 and not especially powerful. Aperture sights.

ISSF / Olympics style air-guns (rifles / pistols) are .177. Canadian athletes do have all the top air rifles costing $8K and up..

For air-rifle events, jackets, pants, boots all follow strict ISSF rules (pre-2026) - As these scores can be used for Olympics/national team considerations.

For air-pistol events, single-shot airguns are used like this one:

with only minimum equipment used like the legionary meme of Yusuf Dikeç at the Paris Olympics..
