45-08 loading

Hey guys,

id like to hear some tips, and precautions in loading for the 45-08.

I have managed to source some brass for it, and want to get started in loading for it. From what i have read it is longshot powder i need to buy, what other stuff do i need to know? Can i use my 45ACP dies to resize the brass once i fire it? what kind of primers do i use? IS it also called 45 super? I need to source a 20LB spring, and shock buffer for it still.

Call Armco and see if they can send you the info sheet they printed out and sold with the cases.....I'll look around I have one somewhere and I will post it when I find it......

I just followed Armcos info sheet. Try google, might be able to find it. Just use 45acp dies
