45-70 Ballistic help

I have a load, Speer 400gr FP with 53 gr of IMR 3031. Is this a max load? or can I go higher, what is the velocity? I`m putting through a Browning 1886 SRC.

My info shows 51.5 grs. of 3031 with 405 jacketed reaches 1702fps and 26,200cup which Lyman considers max. for the Marlin 1895 and the 1886, i don't agree with them and we've talked about it before. They do this so that they don't get sued by someone using ammo like this in a much older gun or one in poor shape.

400 GR. SPR JFP IMR IMR 3031 .458" 2.540" 51.0 1809 26,900 CUP 55.0C 1971 37,300 CUP

They go to 55gr with CCI 200 primers and WW brass.
